Conor McDowellIf I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. For well over 10 years, I’ve been renting two storage spaces from them. They do not care about customer loyalty, and will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Was late on a payment and logged into my account to pay and saw that I owed over $400, which was rather shocking. Spoke to a team lead to named Scott to try and get this resolved and he just talked over me the entire time on our phone conversation- could barely get a word in. I will never ever recommend any extra space facility to any of my clients. Such a shame- DO BETTER.
