The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful in choosing a unit. I appreciate the elevator and carts for moving stuff inside to the second floor as well.
The manager DJ is awesome along with everyone else I have met there. My only concern is when it snows it appears to build up by the door I enter and almost fell because it was not shoveled. This is the Chicagoland area though.
I have never had a problem with any of employees. The units I have rented have all been inside the building and on the 2nd floor -pest free and haven't had any other issues with water either. Have been renting 4 years now, quite pleased with property and property managers, especially DJ.
This facility did not have the size unit I Â needed, but Leslee took the time to guide me to another facility that did. And Debbie at facility 29125 was able to rent me a unit. Both Leslee and Debbie were so very helpful in providing me with a storage unit to fit my needs. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone with a need for storage space. Both facilities are kept very clean. Thank you Leslee and Debbie!.
Leslee has been a great help to us in starting using this facility. The unit is clean and has been easy for us to start filling. We have a second floor unit, but access is quick and easy with use of the large elevator, also it is very close to our home .
