Love this place for my quick storage needs, climate control is a great plus, and priced just right aswell. Marcy (hopefully I didnt remember her name wrong) was so super amazing the first day I got the unit. I got lost inside the cubes and I was able to call the office and have her help me. And when I didnt understand her directions over the phone from her camera view, she locked up the office and came to help me find my unit. Thanks again Marcy! Definitely recommend here.

The Walrus Was PaulI’ve been a loyal customer here for 5+ years. If someone had told me just 2 years into renting that I would eventually be paying what most people would consider a full mortgage payment, I would have seriously reconsidered and went to extraSpace or public storage. The amount of price increases over the years has honestly sidelined me financially. I’m giving 3 stars because the units are generally clean and the property is maintained reasonably well. However, the constant price hikes make it very difficult to justify staying long term. Loyal customers shouldn’t feel priced out after years of renting. I have also tried numerous times to speak with management about the pricing, but there has been little willingness to work with me or even provide an opportunity to speak with ownership about the situation and how these increases are affecting customers financially. From what I’ve seen, their prices are also significantly higher than several other storage options in the surrounding area. The sad thing is, they know I’d have to move all that stuff and it would take days Up and down the elevator and they know that nobody wants to do that. Now that it’s nice, I’m seriously considering it if there’s no flexibility or willingness to work with long-term renters, which is unfortunate after being a customer here for so many years.
