This is a great facility. The staff are very helpful and the entire building is very clean, well-lit, and secure. The price of my unit did rise by $7 after 1 year, but the paperwork I signed did clearly state that a price increase would happen, so it wasn't a huge surprise. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nancy GreveWe actually just switched to a smaller locker at The Lock-Up, and they were so helpful. They had our paperwork completely ready when we showed up. We received a credit for the remaining days of our larger locker rental. Valerie was so helpful and courteous. They made the transition so easy. The facilities are always clean. They have enough carts/dollies, so that we haven’t had to wait for one. And the location of their facility is so very convenient for us.
Bradley KardasThis place is overpriced. Not only that, but my mother had a storage unit here. She was paying 280 a month just to have her stuff stored here. She got behind on paying it and we went there to pay what was owed to find out that they sold all her belongings without telling us. Instead of working with her and figuring it out they sold her stuff. Pretty sure I went in there before to try and make a payment for her also and they would not accept it because it was not my storage unit. They said they had sent a notice in the mail that she never got either. These people are liars and are horrible for selling important stuff that my mother had with no way at all of getting it back. Completely unethical of them and I'm sure they will get the karma that's coming to them. Good job getting rid of pretty much all of someone's belongings that were the only thing they had 👏
Mary TongThe Lockup is great: clean, well-lit, climate controlled. The staff is friendly and will do whatever they can to help. When I had some questions about my account, John, the location manager, returned my calls promptly and then called me back after our conversation to make sure everything was OK and clear. There are always plenty of carts to help with getting things up to your unit, and the auto-pay for rent and e-mailed invoices are a nice touch.
