My unit could have been swept out
One challenge I had was locating the storage unit because the address wasn't clear and the office team wasn't able to assist in locating it. I was 3 hours behind schedule because of it
We had difficulty opening unit. Within 15 minutes someone was there to help. When lost and looking for the facility a rep directed us and stayed on the phone until we got there. Great customer service!

The move in process was confusing at times. The system works; just took a while to figure it out. The online process is ok. Customer support was excellent. All moved in and no complaints. I feel like our boat is in good hands. Thank you.
We were told there was plenty of room to park our pop-up camper. When we got to the space they gave us, we had a hard time backing the camper in because the in side storage left no room to maneuver the vehicles. We went back to get our camper today and found a car parked on both sides of our camper. We had one he'll of a time getting our camper out but finally succeeded. Called StorSafe and was told we could not get our money back after only being there 1 night. I would Not recommend this storage place at all.
If I could give zero reviews I would. We were moving and needed a place to store everything we owned. Move in process was easy. We routinely checked on our items and there was occasionally bugs. When we moved out we found that there was RODENT FECES AND URINE all over our couch and items. We had to throw out a lot of things. Then they increased prices by $100/month. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone we left message after message and they did not care and refused to refund us.
Reserved online went to the facility to finalize to find out that there’s no office that it’s only a kiosk. The kiosk touchscreen is very hard to use and when I needed help you have a video assistant come online that you could barely hear and have to repeat yourself multiple times until finally I just gave up and hung up on them. Then I get to my unit take off the temporary lock, but there’s no Signs on where you’re supposed to drop it to avoid getting fined. Very frustrating once I’m done with this month-to-month rent would never rent again. Parking lot has two very big dips that I bottomed out on that you can’t avoid
Everything is done online. Signed all the documents, sent them back, get welcome letter, set up payment, I moved stuff into storage unit. One month later they notify me I'm locked out because somethings not signed. Go back and forth trying to get whatever they want signed, re-signed. 2 months later I notify them I am moving out and give them a move out date. They send me an acknowledgement letter, telling me to take picture at move out. I took picture of empty unit on move out date and sent it to them. 2 weeks later I get an invoice for the next month (after move out) I notify them I had moved out and it was acknowledged and photo sent. Then get a notice of pending late fee. I AGAIN TELL THEM I HAVE MOVED OUT AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT FACT. I would never recommend StorSafe.
