Moved in and my space is just right for what I was looking for. Pricing in our market everywhere is "through the roof" for some reason. That is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Thank you Storage Express!
I am very pleased with my experience with Storage Express and love that I didnt have to talk to anyone in person or go to the facility to sign paperwork.
Nice and clean but I saw wasps flying around in the unit and tiny red bugs crawling. I am concerned about putting my mattresses and stuffed furniture in there. I wish now I would have opted for climate control even though they are harder to move into. Would it have been better to get one outside unit and one inside unit. I am troubled by what I saw moving in a few things... Overall the place looks very well maintained and clean. Very easy to access and use.... could someone call me 812.449.5653
I rented a unit from the lobby kiosk. The unit that was assigned was already in use, with a lock on it. I contacted customer service and was assured the matter would be resolved and I would be contacted as soon as the matter was rectified. Several hours later I was contacted by the same person, asking if I was interested in renting a space??!!! The same person I spoke to earlier. And again she said she would get right on it and have a solution. I just want my money refunded. There is a problem with lack of customer service
