It's been long time since we needed a storage unit. There is no office on-site ~ however, I called the listed number and within 10 minutes Matthew not only stepped me through the process, but he politely and professionally answered all my questions and assisted me obtain a unit. Definitely happy with my 10x10 climate-controlled unit.

I called today and spoke with Anne about seeing a Unit before I agreed to the rental and she made it very easy to view the Unit. I immediately decided to sign the lease on one because it was very clean and she made it extremely easy to get through the process. I would recommend Lighthouse storage to anyone looking for rentals spaces.

We used Lighthouse to store our camper. The back lot is a literal junkyard! Apparently they don’t care what is stored as long as they get money. When we first arrived, the spot we were assigned had junk on either side that was overflowing into our spot so much you couldn’t even fit a car. The next spot we were assigned we couldn’t maneuver our camper into due to the junk stored opposite not in their spots. Finally got a spot we could use after 3 attempts and being forced to pay more money. They also don’t take care of the lot. Ruts and weeds up to my waste. Our camper was on the lot for less than a month and I was pulling weeds out that were growing around my jacks, tires, etc. Walking through to get to my camper was literally painful as I had shorts on not expecting the jungle. Save your money and go somewhere that cares about the items stored and their property. The tarp in the pic is also not ours. It’s been blowing around the lot since we first dropped our camper. Wish I had read the backlot reviews before paying as this seems to be an ongoing problem. Update - it’s been over 2 weeks since Lighthouse commented saying they would make it right. We haven’t heard anything from them. Had to go in to take a pic of our empty spot to prove that we are no longer using our spot. The funny thing, they want us to make sure you can see the spot number in the pic. I’m adding more pics of the current state of the outdoor storage. It’s worse.

This storage facility has been a life saver. I don't have to worry about anything that is in my building because I get texts and emails if something seems off with it. Couldn't ask for a better place to store your items.

They have mice in their spaces. I lost hundreds of dollars of belongings. And lighthouse says it's my responsibility to get rid of the mice. That's a pretty awesome policy. Don't rent here. Your things will get destroyed by mice. And it's your own fault apparently.
