I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the unit and the excellent service I received from Jeff. I called with a long list of questions, and he was incredibly patient, helping me select the right unit and talking me through all my options. Since I planned to move my things in on a Sunday while the office was closed, he explained exactly how the process would work and which entrance to use. The facilities are clean, the staff is professional, and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend!

EmilyExcellent help from the office manager, Jeff Rice, to make sure we were able to access the storage facility safely. He took an extra step to help me gain access to my items; for which I am grateful. He provided assistance with locating an access area to retrieve items in a convenient way.
Ms MThey pulled the BAIT AND SWITCH tactic on me. My fees just went up over 50%. Was told I got a discount and they always go up. Nope, I had a unit before and it was always the same price. Was told CORPORATE makes the decision not them. Can Corporate please call me and explain why my unit went from $79 to $145. You are doing shady business practices. So you lie to get customers in then you change the price.
