No complaints about the storage units themselves. No issues with move in or the security. However, the company itself.. they raise prices every few months which is just insane, and not by $5 each time but over $20 each time. Move out should have been simple. Got my stuff out and closed the unit on the day of move out like the instructions said, but continued being charged. Nobody contacted me about the move out or confirmation, and I’m guessing they never checked.
SteveEverybody that I have dealt with from extra space storage has been so helpful and proffesional I believe the company went one up when they hired Zack very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I have even took care of my mess up but loading into the wrong unit instead of having to move everything he took care of the situation for me and for that I thank you I recommend this storage bizz to anybody that wants quality and professional staff thank you for everything guys Steve kindle
