About 2-1/2 years ago I was looking for a 10x10 unit. I had called around many places with no luck. When I had called Todd at Heartland he didn't have any 10x10's available but did offer 2 5x10's as an option. It wasn't what I thought I needed at the time and I wasn't sure if 2 5x10's would fit all of my furniture adequately. I chose to call more places with again no luck so I gave Todd a call back to ask for the units he offered. He was extremely helpful and over the phone had me set up for the billing portion of the paperwork. A year ago I had consolidated my stuff down to 1 unit. I called letting him know I moved out of the unit (roughly 2 weeks prior to the next billing date) and he credit me back the remaining rent from that month. Something I didn't expect and was very grateful for. This past weekend I had moved out of my last unit into my house and had planned on calling Todd Monday morning to let him know. After years of my furniture in storage there wasn't any damage nor unwanted guests among my stuff (yay!). I think it was maybe an hour after moving my stuff out he had called checking in to make sure my unit was okay because he didn't see a lock on it. That right there is not something you'll find at every storage unit. He cares for the property and his tenants. I wish I could rate this places a million stars. Thank you Todd and the staff at Heartland for a lovely experience!

Best decision my girlfriend has made in years. We've been in a storage facility in beech grove for the last year, and it has been one issue after another. We absolutely love the couple running the show at heartland, and have since day one!!! *Also, they went totally above and beyond, when we were a week late in payment, and needed special accommodations last week, which required someone to go in on their day off just to unlock our gate code, and it was done within the hour, no hesitation, nothing. It was absolutely incredible. I think we'll definitely be staying here for the long haul. Thank you, heartland storage, for being by far the greatest storage facility in indy, and keeping our things safe.

Absolutely hands down best storage facility ever! The owner Todd and his family are the best. They have gone far and above and beyond to help me. God bless them. I'd recommend anyone who wants to deal with honest wholesome folks come to heartland storage! 🤗

The office has a great "home" feel to it. The people there are always friendly, courteous, and understanding every time I come in. Makes for a better sense of security.
