The lady at the front desk didn’t want to help us to get in contact with there pest control company which is on the lease agreement because next door they have a roach infestation. Which got in our stuff. We had to go through every box which we had 20 boxes & plus furniture. Mind you I’m 27 weeks pregnant in 30 degree weather. She was so rude. I rented for 4 months. She also didn’t let us use the waste disposal it says “please ask to use it” I asked she completely said no. The fact that I had to go through that was so traumatizing never would I have thought something like this would happened to me. I hope she gets fired karma is real.

ShaqKatelyn Bastock went way above and behind for me today and I cannot thank her enough she helped me with a completely different storage facility made calls for me and got my promo rate approved after the new place denied it I recommend mini storage to anyone it’s affordable easy to access and above all the customer service is a 100/10 I can’t thank her enough she saved me from losing most of what I own. If you need a clean well kept storage unit in goshen this is you're storage company I would give them 10 stars if it was an option!!!
