I had the absolute pleasure of working with Shirley today. She’s a pro. I spoke to her last month because I emailed and asked a question. She personally called me back to answer it. I knew she would be fantastic to work with at that point. When I stopped by today, she was making sure the facility is clean; I was so impressed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn’t even going to rent today, but I did. It’s because of Shirley. I was just there to check the facility to see if it were an option for me. I couldn’t be more delighted with her level of service. She’s a keeper, and I hope the national company knows what an asset she is to Extra Space Storage. They are amazing here. We had a few issues and they did everything they could to help us. Even when there was morning else they could do they still tried to help us. I don't believe anybody else would've cared but they did. That meant a lot. Miss Shirley and Jessica were great and super helpful! And Miss Shirley didn't miss a beat, she hits the mark every time!!
