Washington St. there I met attendant Mary. She was extra helpful. She was patient, professional, courteous, and very nice. I'm glad I went there all of my storage needs were met.
They notified me right away after noticing my lock was not on correctly .
The Sales Associate Elenor explained all the different types of storage units and helped me pick a unit that would work best for me. Elenor was very pleasant and polite and was able to answer all of my questions. Thank you!

I went online I found the closest public storage to me there were actually three and I checked the rates on all three and they were different rates so I took the one with the lowest rate because I will be renting for a while made my reservation Yolanda called me from the public storage I picked I went in she took all my information got me all set up actually found me a better deal that was going on took me and showed me to my storage unit gave me the card with my access number on it and my storage unit number on it the hours of being able to go in she made this a very easy and quick experience and my storage unit is just perfect for what I have
I humbly appreciate from my heart on the way @( 749 Beachway Dr. 46224)Tim and Beth had helped me throughout my situations. They was always keeping me informed on my vehicle they worked with me on my payment arrangements when my finances wasn't up to par. They been more than family than what family should be and those two people are genuine when it comes to understanding. You treat people right and they will show you the same in return. Godbless you guys and all your endeavors in life because without the help yall gave me I wouldn't knew what to do. Ok let’s talk about Public Storage the company who has no loyalty to treat its long time customers correctly. I have had a unit with them 2019 when I was expecting a baby and being harassed in domestic violence and had to move several times during the restraining order with the use of this unit keeping my vital documents and baby keepsake items in it until I could move into a bigger home and get settled down. In the mist of it all I have never seen so many scrutiny charges in my life and now I have been diagnosed with a brain tumor I was late a month and they threw every charge on my account in a month that they could think of and then a representative took the charges off and before I could pay the balance off the same month the charges were removed somebody added the charges back to the account. Today my account is locked and I can’take any type of payment at all and they won’t trouble shoot to see what the bank error message keeps coming up for debit transactions that are not related to a checking or savings the error is the wrong error message ans when I attempted to use my debit card the transaction didn’t run on my debit card I never got a notification from my debit card provider across my phone. I am so tired of this company ignoring valuable customers who pay their way and don’t try to get over on anybody. In this moment the company is robbing me every chance they get for anything my unit was less than 100 dollars when I started now it’s 300 and that’s not the market rate for the unit and every few month in the last two years they have risen this storage unit to the max and keep trying to put lien fees and lock fees on a unit they changed all them locks and I haven’t even been to the unit because of my procedures but I’m being charged two months in a row for locks and extra fees that have no valid understanding. If I haven’t seen the unit and you cut locks off and charged new locks and telling me money can be reimbursed when locks are returned but charging me twice for locks and I haven’t even got to the unit. Make it make sense and the purpose of being inconsiderate with the insane increase of charges and you don’t even charge that amount for a unit and I had a larger unit than this one it was the largest unit at the location and I paid less for a year. The contradictions to what I know and have experienced. No help no assistance nobody being considerate to work with me when I couldn’t get to the bank to pay the bill and told the representative over the phone why I was late. Had all these services medically that I had to pay out of pocket as a mother to be alive for my toddler and these people will find every inhumane reason to attack my account to bring challenges every month making it hard to get the payment paid and then to find the time and money to move it out. If you stealing every dollar from me in every way when can I afford to pay a moving company to move the items out. 285 a month for a smaller unit than the largest unit that I paid only 125 a month smh insane

Everything was extremely smooth and any minor details were addressed with professionalism and grace. What else can you ask for and it was exponential in that spirit. Greatly appreciated. The property manager is really nice she called to check to make sure we moved in correctly was it enough space and she was letting us know if we had any problems or need any questions answer that she lived on the property and that's the good to know that our storage and all of our things are safe.
Move in was very easy. You don’t need a physical employees there with you. Carrington called to check on me today and make sure everything went smoothly. My only complaint is the Bluetooth kiosk(codeless entry) doesn’t work and I have to put in my code. Otherwise, very nice facility.
