The insurance payment should be disclosed with the supposed 1st month for a $1. I ended up with much more paid than expected.

Very satisfied easy access, clean, excellent staff would definitely recommend this facility.
OK, but not the best. The Customer Service guy was really good though.
We signed our lease online. The first unit we received the entire sliding handle came completely off in our hands when we opened the door. The second one we were given opened and shut just fine, but when we returned later in the evening, we discovered that the light did not work. Overall, it is overpriced for the exact same sized unit from the same company on the other side of town. The guy at the front desk was really nice though, and moved us quickly to a new unit when we came in with the sliding door handle in our hands and was as shocked as we were!

Joann has been wonderful. She helped answer all my questions and concerns. Thanks Joann for your kindness and caring about how I felt. I can’t say enough about Joan. She is always ready to help out. If you have any questions she is ready to answer them. So glad I have gotten to know her.

I had a certain budget in mind and he made sure that he got me the best deal. I’m very thankful for his help. I feel like I got a lot for my money. My storage unit was perfect with plenty of room to move about and not stacking everything on top of each other. Thanks again Keaton for making everything so easy.

Lois FosterVery easy to get started. Just needed a place to store a few things for a short time. Got a 5x10space. Just got it. Haven’t moved anything in yet but space is adequate & people are friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable.
