The Sullivan Indiana unit is new and well thought out. I though it might have been hard to maneuver my truck and trailer around but it was very easy. Nice facility.

I was able to rent the space and move into the unit all in the same hour. The whole process was easy and convenient. Not to mention at an eighth of the cost I was paying for the same size unit a half of a mile down the street.

Frank ChapmanNice customer service. A little lacks on explaining extra insurance charges per month and not very cost effective of a coverage. I rated a 3 at the moment because the security gate is always in the open position for the past few weeks so not sure why I am paying for that benefit if it is not functional.
