I have had an excellent experience with this storage rental. Did not have the gate code when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon (because I overlooked it in an email). Called the CS number, left voicemail, and was called right back and provided with the gate code. Saved the day for me!

Absolutely love Candy....she is the BEST!!! Always willing to help with a really good attitude! VERY clean and easy to access! This is a very nice storage company. The units are spotless, mine is climate controlled...they check on me to see if I need anything. It's been a great experience! I've been using this storage for 6 months and have no complaints. Use the climate control due to some older furniture that I have and it's been excellent! I can come and go as needed and they have been super! Thank you!

MimiI started to rent a spring special unit and filled out my information, then on the back side it tried to charge me $25 for administration fee over doubling the first month charge. Never saw that before when renting storage space. No thanks
Kathie KeenAt first I didn't no how this was going to work out, but I must say the people that work for hometown storage did help me out TRREPMENDOUS ,, the 1st one would not work so they let me transfer to a larger unit and that one I wasn't comfortable with so they showed me one more I felt alot more at ease with number 3 they were understanding very helpful no fussing kind caring concern and willing to do whatever to make things work I'm ever thankful I didn't haven't to check with another storage place cause I like there set up and the staff make you feel like you are at home and willing to listen go over board to help you with your decision on protecting your belongings and with no guilt or remorse I look forward for possible long relationship with hometown storage I put my stuff there while they are remodeling my apt to move in I pray by no later than spring 2025 and then I can move as I please and set up as I go I hope like bedroom first then utility room next and so on I pray 🙏. It all goes together smoothly thank you hometown for your help quin and candy thank you for extending time and effort for me Kathie Keen ,, if you are hasting if I can encourage you come on board they will help you at hometown storage
