We rented from this facility in Westfield over a year ago and will be returning. Found the facility easy to get into, the gal in the office (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name) was very helpful. Paperwork was a breeze to do and automatic payment made things very easy. Very happy all the way around. (BTW, no increases in the rates when we used them....I hope it's the same now.)
