FIVE STARS ? Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage units. Very convenient location and clean and easy to find.
The girl at the front was very helpful and answered all my questions. Just not liking the door has to be opened by her with a key. I had it propped open but the prop slid and the door closed so I had to get the attendant again.
Had what I was looking for an when I needed to up they were on it
I made a reservation online prior to renting the space and reserved a first floor unit. They advertise them as climate controlled, and with an elevator, and both statements are true to an extent first of all we get there they have no first floor unit available. I don’t know why since we reserved one second we find out that elevator is a service elevator only And you put your stuff on it. You gotta walk down in the hallway up to the stairs up the stairs that back down the hallway to get to the elevator to get your stuff and then take it to your storage unit because you can’t ride the service elevator. There’s two lights in the whole hallway one at each end we happen to be in the middle of that and not have any lighting in our unit whatsoever couldn’t see anything pitch black And it is so hot and humid up in there. They must have that thermostat set at 90 because just because there’s ductwork in the building does not make it climate controlled. I am very disappointed at the unit and we are already looking for somewhere else to store our stuff. I think Storage marked down the road would be the best bet.
