Very clean, very secure
This Storage is located inside the former K-Mart. It is very secure: no one is going to access your unit unless they first get past a very good front security into the main building. I made my reservation online. Then, over the phone with a very helpful woman who called me shortly after I made the reservation. There was a docusign, I was emailed a map, and had my door code. On the day I checked in, it was lunch tome for the onsite people, but no issues since I had been told the lock I had purchased would be inside my unit. And it was there. Best of all, she gave me the email to send my homeownerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s insurance so I will not be charged for that. Overall theeasiest, fastest and best signup and move in experience ever!

Yea, first month rate was a goid price, then I get a second unit 'cause I needed another, and all kinds of problems have happened. Want to call this place and talk to someone from here? Be prepared to get connected to corporate and get no help from them. Then get overcharged and so far nothing has been rectified. I rented my second unit, but on the 6th day when I was finally able to get to it, it was locked and unavailable. They gave me a diff 2nd unit and then even overcharged me when it came due for the second month. Still waiting for them to rectify their mistakes. Will never be here again.
C SVery spacious, clean, well lit. I'm extremely impressed! And just as an aside, I love that they have music playing. It feels safe being in a space alone when it sounds hospitable too :-) Thank you for maintaining such a great facility!
Scott TaylorThey raise rates after a couple months and then raised rates again a few months after that. First rate increase was from about $190 to 200 and now to 250. On top of that, the garage door by our unit stopped working during the winter and now all but 2 doors are not working. With no timeline for repair.

Great times for going in and out even after hours you can have access. Place is kept clean, employees are personable and friendly and if there are any issues they do there best to help and accommodate you to best fix the issue.
