This is the 3rd unit ive rented with this company. I wouldnt rent anywhere else. hpdcopeNeeded a storage unit rather quickly at a location near my home. I called Lighthouse Storage and talked to Matthew. I had reserved a unit online but ran into trouble with confirmation. Explained the problem to Matthew and he was able to quickly help me. However the unit I reserved was not readily available but Matthew work out a deal for a larger unit. The cost was more than I wanted to spend but Matthew gave a a great deal in a lower rate for two months along with the required insurance. He explained all in detail and I was impressed. I appreciate all the help and patience Matthew demonstrated. A happy customer here. I was able to start using the storage unit the same day.
Daniel SopczakThis storage facility has changed in the last few months. I have had a unit with them for a few years now and now they have rats. I called the contact information and they told me to file a claim. I don’t want money back I just want them to get rid of the rats but they don’t care. I moved out today after being with them years and had to donate half of my stuff because of how much rat poop was in my unit. They are awful in customer service and I do not recommend renting a unit with them.
