Clean easy to access cheap and quick

We arrived to the actual storage location only to find that the office for the facility was located 15 miles away. This forced me to drive through narrow 2 lane streets to the actual office location with my 43' RV in tow. A couple of near misses later and I arrive at the location only to find that the reservation I arranged was not in your system. Mind you I would have gone to the actual office location had I been made aware of the two seperate locations when I made the reservation. The individual running the office was helpful and assisted in getting me setup but your process for entering informaiton via a touch screen needs to be reviewed. The screen glitches and is unresponsive at times leading to a frustrating data entry experience. Maybe take away the touch screen and go back to keyboard and mouse. Overall, the experience wasn't the worst I have had but communication is key in everything and I felt it was lacking in this instance.
