Shapetra SmithHad a storage unit there for over 2 years. Never had an issue with my items in the facility. Clean property. In the beginning of February I ask the manager about the move out process. I moved out right after. Never had my card on auto pay. EVER ! March 3 my account has an unauthorized withdrawal from them. Called the office 11 times no answer. Called the other location spoke to a stand in manager named Brennon or Brandon. Calls recorded. There were never any notes or indications I had auto pay turned on. He said auto pay was turned on the day after I moved out. Of course the manager did it. (The black female name starts with a D). My bank reversed the charges. The next day I called to speak with her and she claims she don’t know how that happened. And the call ended . Her words were “well you got a refund”. My only advice is be mindful and watch your bank activity.
