In the process of moving, Stella and Alisha were the ones showing me the units that were available, very helpful and informative :) explained pricing and terms clearly. Outside units were clean and well sealed and come with protection against rats and insects. 👍

I moved my stuff to this storage unit November 2025. I did not move in on a special or any kind of promotional deal. I did not get a first month free, nor any type of discount. I also read my pease carefully, and no where did I see that rates were reevaluated every 6 months, or at any point. My rate was $60 base + $15 insurance monthly. I set up auto draft and have been very happy at this location. Staff is friendly, I feel safe when I visit, and everything is always very clean. Here’s where my low rating comes in… In March 2026, I received a letter in the mail stating that my rate was going up by $130/month. That would be a 180% increase. I immediately called, and they verified that I had NOT signed on as part of a limited promotional offer, rather, this was normal business operation and they reevaluate their fees every six months. I explained that this was insane, and that if I had been made aware upon moving in that this was a potential possibility, I never would have moved my stuff here. I was polite, and so were they. After speaking with a manager, I was offered another 6 months at just a $40/month increase. I am shopping around, and finding that other storage businesses agree that it is unethical and not standard practice in the industry to increase prices so drastically, and so soon. I’m sharing my experience here to hopefully save others from the same frustrations at being price gouged. Otherwise, I have really enjoyed this location and the staff.

So very grateful to Henderson Storage. I live out of state and was referred to them after my brother, who lived locally, passed away. He had a very nice, brand-new car and we needed a safe, secure location to store it while we waited for the probate process to complete. Brenda and Shannon worked with us to understand what we needed. Their advice and guidance helped us to choose the best plan for our needs. Living out of state and not being nearby to check on the car was very challenging. Both Brenda and Shannon stayed in close communication with us and were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Making payments online was very easy and the statements were very clear and easy to read. When we were finally ready to collect the car and "move out" of the spot, Brenda and Shannon welcomed us back with open arms as though we were family. The move out process was simple, quick and easy. Their kindness and grace during this difficult time is so deeply appreciated.

Shannon was wonderful. We stopped by on a rainy Sunday afternoon. She answered our questions and actually brought outside to show us the space we were interested in. Stayed outside with us while it rained, came inside and let us know our options. We hadn't planned on renting yet, just wanted info but we couldn't pass it up. Good job Shannon.
