Kaitlyn JoffrionIve had a unit here for almost two years. In those two years it’s been one thing after another. I’ve been locked inside the facility. Which after 45 mins of calling, figured out how to over ride gate. Key pads that didn’t work properly. Someone threw multiple sodas that were open over the wall into my unit and all my stuff was sticky. Not to worry then A flood happened. Had to move a large very unit and was offered no compensation for that inconvenience. Here recently went to rent a second unit. Only needed for a month and some change. Prices were outrageous. They wouldn’t offer any online pricing. The lady that works in the office doesn’t have great customer service skills at all. Cannot wait to leave them next month!

But more than this they were friendly and fun and just a joy to meet. This kind of service is a dying art. So glad it's still alive and well in Pineville, Louisiana :)
