In an era where every phone call for customer service is automated, it was extremely refreshing to be able to speak to a live person with each call. Representative Jordan was extremely helpful in responding to my multiple inquiries and taking the time to provide a tour of the different unit size options to ensure we we're sized right for our residential moving storage needs. The facilty is very clean, secure, easy to access with an app on your phone, and found it well lit for some of our after dark moving activities. I really love the not having to provide locks thing and deal with the hassle of having to replace them if I'm late. Nothing but pros here. Only one con. You can not be more than 30 days late or they're selling your shit.
