Rented 2 units since 2014. SROA took over in Feb 2024. Since then has applied 2 increases over past 6 months totaling over 40% of what rise was for past 10 years. A minimum 10% rise every quarter often more. All done with no notices or explanation. This also now put the units $100 more per month than advertised retail price (not any discounted price). Any attempts to contact to discuss have been ignored. This means emails, calls or anything. Property managers deny any financial capabilities. So expect to pay more in a short amount of time. Also no consistency. One unit is now $13 per month more than the other. Again no one will return contacts to explain. Website also stopped allowing reviews from customers so that speaks for itself.
