Needed a boat storage spot and have been on the waitlist for about 4 months. I was releaved when I got a call saying I was next on the list. This means they truly track and care about calling each person on the list and in order! Thank yall again for the bay rental! Oh and it's an amazing bay!!!! Concrete floor gates and power!
Ashley FI needed something indoor and climate-controlled and was delighted to find this place in Sulphur. I was able to secure a unit online, but I had a technical issue with my phone while completing the process. Before I could call A+, a very friendly employee called me and straightened everything out. When I went in to sign the paperwork, he had everything ready and made the process very quick and easy. He was very professional. I was impressed with how clean everything was and how easy they make it for you. He showed us how to punch in our code, use the lights should we come at night, where the restrooms are, and where they keep the carts to help with moving heavy items. They also have covered parking for boats, RVs, etc. that I will look into in the future. I'm not sure how comparable the price is to other indoor, climate-controlled storage facilities in Lake Charles, but I am happy to have one in Sulphur which is much more convenient for me.
