Great service
I'm moving to the area a needed a clean, easy access storage facility. I reserved on line and was able to drive up to my unit easily. It helped to relieve some of the stress knowing I had a clean safe storage facility for my belongings.
Mostly a great experience.
Everything went smoothly. Storage area is clean. Door is tough to unlatch however. Only concern I have is that I signed up for a storage unit for $62.00 a month for a full year but then I was told by the manager working on the day I arrived that the price was only good for three months! That is not what my contract states. I hope you will honor the $62.00 per month as I had understood the overall price to be.

The storage unit is clean and safe for any personal items. Manager is very nice over there. Please note, every year they will send you a notice increasing your price by 50%. It's their policy. I know someone else who was effected the same way. Do not use them if you need it more than a year or two or plan to switch storage units.
Monique ZombeckMy car has spent the winter in one of the Extra Space storage units in Berwick, NH and I definitely recommend that place, very nice and clean and I got wonderful help from the manager who very kindly helped me restart my car after a failing battery would not start. Unfortunately, i had to cut short my staying in the unit by sudden unexpected rise in prices.
