The 2 people working the site are very professional and cordial. Good at their jobs. I highly recommend this place. Clean and efficient. I wish they'd give me another unit at 40% off. I use it to store my bowling balls.

My automatic payment didn’t go through because my debit card was flagged for fraudulent activity, which I understand—that’s something that happens, and I fully expected the temporary lock on my unit as part of their protocol. I immediately paid the balance using my credit card. However, the next morning when I arrived to access my unit, the situation became unacceptable. The office was supposed to be open, yet no one was on-site for over two hours after opening time. I called the number, was put on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnected. When I finally reached someone, they told me the only employee —the store manager —was out sick, and no one was available to unlock the unit. No solution, and no urgency. We waited two and a half hours for any kind of response and still had no access to our unit, despite having fully paid the balance. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location. If you need consistent access to your belongings or reliable on-site staff, do not use this CubeSmart location. The lack of staffing, communication, and accountability is extremely frustrating and not something you should have to deal with when paying for storage.

Friendly staff. The building is nice and clean. There's bathrooms on every other floor. The storage space is more than ample for what I needed. The coded entry system is straightforward and easy to use. Would definitely recommend!

I have rented several storage facilities in the past and b/c of that experience I can say that your facility is in a class way above all others. It was also the professionalism and great customer handling skills gave me complete confidence before we started the tour. After the tour I was sold that my belongings are going in this facility which it currently is and a moving truck load will be there early next week. My contact James is the most professional and helpful person I’ve met to date. He was a great hire. To represent your company and I would take care of him b/c employees like that are hard to find and retaining them is a lot cheaper than finding a replacement for him. To anyone considering storage in the greater Biddeford area I would highly recommend contacting James and have him show you around.
