Pretty good nice size good elevators freindly staff.
I received all of my information electronically, and my pass code the day of move in. But the great part was, the counter person was the Most professional young man. He had me follow him to the units, made sure I received my information and instructions on getting into the facility. His tone was so comforting and professional. He really left a positive and lasting impression.
Just like the cable company you have to always be switching to keep inexpensive pricing.
Needed new storage facility as old one was hard to access and too expensive. This new facility already seems like a step in the right direction. So far, the customer service has been quite satisfactory and respectful. I got a good deal on a unit that meets my needs, and I can easily gain access as needed. Very happy so far.
NO thrilled with have to get out of my vehicle to enter/leaving the gated community. Also the open ceiling make me wonder about the security of my items.
