I spoke with a staff member Velvet Hawkins and she was extremely helpful in helping with the process of setting up my new storage. Great customer service and I look forward to getting other storage rooms with them in the future.
The clerk helped me learn how to use the locker and gave me an opportunity to upgrade when I mentioned the 5×10 might now be big enough. So I rented the larger locker.
Quick, easy and exactly as described. They even left a free lock in a gift bag inside the unit for me.
Truly simple, straightforward process, LOVE the staff! Very pleased with the whole process. Ended up renting 2 units!
