I arrived after they closed, not knowing they closed at 4 instead of 5, and the manager on duty, Denise, was very understanding and helpful. She was very personable and funny, and she did a great job guiding me through the process and giving me a tour. She even helped me find a unit that was conveniently close to the elevators, which was really helpful during the moving process. Thank you!
Rented a large unit on the 2nd floor for better part of a year and added a 2nd large unit on the 1st floor end of 2021. During my time as a customer I encountered your staff on numerous occasions and each time they were personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Kim and Denise made me feel as if I was their only customer, kinda spoiled me a bit. I highly recommend your company, particularly this location. You won't be disappointed.
My experience here was lovely from beginning to end. I’ve been storing my things there for about 1 year and 5 months never had an issue always safe at night morning noon or whenever,workers always went over and above anytime. I did have any issues such as maybe the pin number didn’t work but other than that, they always was there to help. The customers there was even polite, always spoke, willing to help .I highly recommend 10 out of 10 and I’m definitely using them in the future.
I have been a loyal tenant at Store-It in Lansdowne since 2019 and have been very satisfied with the service overall. This location was originally recommended to me by a friend. However, with the recent changes to the property, including increasing fees and the limited availability of carts, I have decided to move out. If I need storage in the future, I would certainly consider renting from Store-It again.
The staff for the Store-It (Halethorpe) shows one of a kind service! They are extremely dedicated to provide the best customer service possible, going out of there way to do so. So glad to be renting from a place with such service!
I stopped by yesterday morning to inquire about the units. I have to say I needed help as I haven't used storage for a few years. The Young lady was so helpful and patient with me. Really a kind sweet Young Lady . I have a project coming up and I am just so impressed with her kindness as I'm elderly and sometimes I'm just ignored. Angelique is an asset. Thank you for your help.
A waste of my time, given that I arrived early on the 25th to execute a reservation I made online, for the “property manager” to open LATE! I have patience but when you’re late and go in without unlocking the door to provide access to customers and leaving yet again 5 minutes later after your LATE ARRIVAL…patience goes out the door. No explanation or a wait time of when she would return to assist me. Communication is key and o would have waited because I understand that things happen, but she just jumped in her ACURA SUV with Virginia tags (that’s no longer welcomed here in MD) and pulled off as if her shift had ended when it had just began🤨 The woman in question name is Angelique, the property manager. I found that out by calling the customer service number. The customer service rep was helpful with informing me that she could help me gain access, however a disk lock was mandatory and I had locks already and wasn’t going to purchase new ones. There was a admin fee as well that wasn’t included online, at that point I decided to go elsewhere. Misinformation and tardiness were red flags and I don’t want a headache so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Angelique is UNPROFESSIONAL and lacks customer service skills. She needs a warehouse job.
