Got a great deal on a 10 x 10 which I only need for three months. I was very pleased to find out on move in day the unit is indoor and climate controlled. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and professional.
Move-in process was quick and easy. Staff was very kind and helpful.
I have had other storage units before in a different place and the price was so high. Sometimes, you couldn't even find a dolly on the floor. This storage facility is great. The building is very cleaned, staff very nice and helpful. The move-in process was quick and easy. I have already told two people who is looking for a nice storage area about this facility

I cant say enough good things about this amazing SecureSpace Self Storage in Odenton! From the super low rates to the outstanding customer service given by Diana & Stephanie, this place is top notch. It is super clean and the lighting is wonderful. It is truly climate controlled and super secure! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure—which was a huge plus for me. But honestly, what made this experience stand out was Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Ms. SweetThe staff is top notch! If you need any help, or just general wonderful energy, the office is amazing. The SecureSpace company itself is a scam, however. They will raise your monthly rate for no reason and claim it's for "building improvements" - the location I stored my things in was less than 5 years old. I quickly moved my things after they randomly doubled my monthly rate.
