Customer service staff is very friendly and helpful.
After nearly 15 years of on time payments at this mediocre facility, I am disappointed with the return loyalty (or lack thereof) from Castle Self Storage. They would not entertain a payment plan after I explained my loss of income and asked for grace. I could see if I were a trouble customer who never paid on time, but ths is not the case. I had to borrow from several different sources just to keep them from selling my possessions. I will be removing my belongings and will never again patronize this business. Nor will I recommend them to anyone.
