I need to speak with the district manager -the person in charge of the facility. Not happy with the service and definitely going to file a complaint with STATE OD MD. Attorney General. What I signed up for changed in less than 24 hours.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m about to file a complaint with State about this storage. When I signed up the person who provided me all the information and helped me with getting the unit assured me that the only way to keep the promotional price for the whole year is to pay for the 12 months in advance. I paid for 12 months and the next day while I was there to check on something, I asked if I can pay for 2 years and then she told me no. She called another manager in the phone then he said thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no guarantee, but we give you 30 days notice before increasing the price. If I had known that I wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve NEVER EVER moved into that facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a trap to get you in and then jack up the price. I spent a whole day and $1000 to move in. They mislead me and offered something that they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have. Either they fix this or Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll make sure they pay for it. This is the first time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m hearing this. For the last 20 years never ever experienced such a bad experience. I always paid in advance and rate stayed the same for the whole year.
