Sharri & Niki have been helpful since the first day I got my unit. Whether it was showing me how to get up the ramp an easier way then I was trying to get up there. Always greeted me when we passed by each other. Always had smiles. Even when I was having technical difficulties paying online, they didn’t hesitate to say “come into the office and we’ll help you”. Prices are good and worth your time and money. One of my best purchases for sure! Thank you for being so kind and helpful to a 20 year old just starting out life!! ❤️

She didn't skip a step and gave us the full tour aaaand even shared some laughs with us. It was a very easy process. Sherri was wonderful!
James DufendachI've been using them for a couple of years now. The place is clean, well lit, and enty is secure. I really appreciate the drive in loading bays which make loading and unloading in nasty weather so much easier. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Karen TramaIf you don’t want all your stuff ruined with rodent urine and poop I would recommend not using this facility to keep your belongings in! My son and his roommates put their stuff in a unit for less than 2 months and upon arrival to move out all of their stuff was covered in mouse poop and urine and we had to throw out a good amount of their stuff. We notified the maintenance people and they acknowledged they had a issues with mice infestation. No managers on site to come and take pictures or clean up and treat our unit. We were told unless they took pictures there is nothing they can do to file a claim. Horrible customer service!!! DO NOT use this company.

The employee Sharri went absolutely above and beyond in customer service giving me a 15 minute tour of the facility and showing me even small key details like how to put the lock in and where the public restrooms were. I feel all my stuff is safe and secure, and I have not stopped raving about my experience!
