Horrible experience with NEW OWNERS. Company is based in New York. Called several times about billing charges that were wrong. Vacated our inside storage unit and they had no clue about locks or how to do help vacate. They no absolutely nothing about what's going on with the facility in Salisbury because they are running it from New York. We were given 5 weeks notice to move our camper or have it towed at my expense. This notice was given the week of the holidays so nothing was open to move it. This was most likely done to get one more payment for January that we couldn't prevent due to the timing of the notice. They said they are doing major construction to the facility. They did not offer us to come back. I am guessing they are turning the camper spots into storage buildings for more income. The New Company cares nothing about local folks, just money. I do not recommend them at all. They will probably change the name and raise prices. Again, they care nothing about locals. Beware!!!

So very grateful for the easy communication! Very responsive (even after hours - even just to acknowledge the message was received!) to emails. Unfortunately we had to cancel our unit but it was a very easy process to do so. If we ever need a storage unit again we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!

I rent a unit inside one of the the buildings for almost 2 years now and It is a clean dry environment that provides hand carts and door stoppers✋🏾that aide in storing your items.

UPDATE 9/26/2025: This place has been sold and is now managed by a corporate conglomerate somewhere. There is no more on-site representative. When you call the "local" number, you get a foreign call center. The entire rental process now is electronic and digital. The new company also requires rental insurance at outrageous rates! The sale now leaves me less than a week to get my stuff out and go elsewhere...upsetting!!! Wayne & Diane, I know why you sold, and it has been a pleasure doing business with YOU all. Good luck to your future endeavors. From the first day this place opened, the owners (Wayne & Diane) have been accommodating to my ever-changing needs. I started with one unit and am now at four. The pricing is very fair. The units are true to size. The site is secure, well maintained, and has plenty of room (I’ve had the truck portion of a tractor trailer in there, as well as a 15’ U-Haul) for maneuvering. Best of all is the friendly atmosphere and great conversations with the owners!
