I booked online and once we got there we met Brandon Taylor, we also realized that we needed a bigger unit, I have a problem walking and Brandon was very helpful and considerate, he made sure we got exactly what we needed for as long as we needed and that it was closer to the front so that I wouldn't have to walk so far. He didn't rush or pressure us at all, he took as much time as we needed and made sure we were comfortable in our decision. The Unit was clean as was the office and grounds. He answered all our questions and explain the different discounts as well as what was more feasible for us. Great Job Brandon, We left feeling very comfortable.
