The Ramblin' Yankee
Website says opens at 8AM on Saturday, so does their Facebook page and the sign on the office door. We arrived there at 8:20 and no one was there, called multiple times and finally got the answer that they didn't open until 12, but they would send someone over there for 10. The employee that showed up was very nice, this blunder was no fault of his. Change the hours on your websites and on the door if you're not going to be open at that time, making elderly individuals (the people I was helping out) wait for 2 hours to get access to their stuff is unacceptable.

Peter EblingWhen I came to my storage unit there had been a leak from a pipe in the roof and the whole unit was covered in mold. This place is filthy and irresponsibly managed. There appears to be water coming out of other units. Do not store your stuff here unless you want it to be destroyed.
