The team was very courteous and understanding of my position. They held a spot for me for a week due to a family illness that took me out of state. I told them if they had a chance to rent the space before I could get back into town I would understand and they stated they were willing to wait for me to get back from the Midwest. That kind of cutstomer service is few and far between nowadays.

This location has many units with a significant step up as you enter, NOT good for a low clearance car like mine. After a pleasant and professional follow up call from Sam, he searched out the lowest one available and showed me when I got there, proving that the service of a great staff member should NEVER be replaced by any online “contact-less” procedure.
