My move in experience at Prime Storage in Beverly was very good. Check in was easy, location is great, all was clean and safe. I couldn't ask for more than that.

I was impressed how easy it was to reserve a unit and have access I also like the fact that everything you may need for packing is available in the office
I can’t respond to much of your questions. I’m partially disabled and was not able to walk up the flight of stairs leading to my unit, so I haven’t seen the unit. I will go by sometime this week with some assistance. It’s hard for me to believe that ADA guidelines don’t apply to your business.
