I believe negative reviews may be deleted, because my experience with this storage facility has not been off to a good start. The customer service is poor, and the operating hours are inconvenient. At the very least, the facility should offer 24-hour access, as many other storage locations do. There are also no accessible bathrooms for customers renting units. Overall, the service is not worth the price, and you are better off spending your money elsewhere for better hours and customer care. Additionally, when providing tours, staff should clearly explain where the rear entrance is in the event that the front office is closed. On a snow day, the office was closed, and I was unable to find the correct entrance. I walked around the building only to end up at a different building entirely. Please provide clearer instructions for clients who are unfamiliar with the exterior layout of the facility.

We were in need of storage and are so happy we found Prime Storage. Mario was so helpful as we had never needed storage and weren't sure what we needed. He was there to explain everything and find the best fit for our needs. I would highly recommend this company and will be letting everyone know.

Phenomenal customer support from Erin. I was flying out soon and I urgently needed to get an outdoor unit that night to store all my stuff before I left. Initially, I was transferred to a different location, but when I arrived that location turned out to not have any outdoor units there. I called customer service and Erin answered, listened to my situation, and gave me all the help I could possibly need. She saw that this other location didn’t have any outdoor units, was able to help me find and book a new outdoor unit at a different location, cancel the one I didn’t need, and navigate me through the whole process including physically finding the unit itself. She even stayed on the phone with me as we drove to the new unit. Honestly I don’t know what I would’ve done without Erin since this was my last chance to get things moved in before I left the city — all I know is that I’m extremely thankful for her patience, her willingness to help, and the fact that she answered the phone that night. I would give her 10 stars if I could
