Excellent, Excellent Excellent
My only problem was finding the unit
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this storage facility, and I did not end up renting a unit because of it. I was looking for a larger unit, but Silk Johnson the manager was very deceptive, insisting that I needed to purchase their insurance even though I already had personal insurance. He was very pushy, trying to force me to pay for the unit even though I had only put a hold on it. The customer service was terrible throughout the process, and to make matters worse, they kept calling me and harassing me to get me to rent the unit. This whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to their shady practices and dishonest behavior. Avoid this storage facility if you value honesty and good customer service.
