Last minute they were great for the 2 mo we needed
Suddenly needed a unit for 2mo ! Kevin was there to help on a holiday no less it was so easy thank goodness. I worked in retail for 45 years he was spot on to help ,thought I needed a small unit but he showed me 3 units , I was wrong thanks Kevin .Easy in easy out safe and secure thanks folks!

I love that there is a little bag inside the storage unit with the purchased lock and welcome paperwork. The minimizing of human contact during covid times makes me feel a lot better since I live with some immunocompromised individuals.

Truly a great experience so far! We rented a unit online and easily signed paperwork/got started without any in-person help. Instructions to get started were clear. We needed to change our unit (not the fault of this facility - we didn't initially realize our plans would necessitate a flat entry unit), and we worked with Kevin to find the perfect one. He made time to walk out and look at the available units to help us find a unit with a flat entry, despite the horribly cold weather. He walked me out to look at options and made sure the unit was ready with paperwork all set on the date of the change. He was just generally a pleasant person to talk to, which always helps. The facility is well kept in the winter (pretty sure that's Kevin again!) and clean.

Jamiya MosleyCalled no answer. Went there and stayed for 30 min doors locked and no one inside. Came back couple hours later and associate helped me and it was smooth. He gave me a tour of unit before purchasing. Upon checking out there were hidden fees. Such as the insurance (~$20 extra per month) that is a required and the lock fee which you can opt out of if you have a lock of your own. Unit was perfect size for me. The ceiling appeared worn down. I recommend taking photos/videos before you put your belongings into the unit.
