Decent units, but they are hard to get a hold of. I played telephone tag with them for a week before finally getting a hold of them an hour before I had to move in, but once I did reach them they were very accommodating

Lauren at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. She made everything simple and stress-free and answered all my questions. Sarah FrederickIt is fine in a quiet location. However our unit had some water and rodent issues. There is often puddling water in the general area on a lowland. They raised the price 30 percent after a year. The initial price was good, so this seems to be their system for bringing in customers and then raising the rate.
