Recommend-safe and clean
The staff the BEST! So friendly and accommodating. This is my 2nd time renting here for the summer. Super easy access with a large elevator where you can back up your car next too and load straight in. Also packing supplies in the office if needed. 5 star service -very friendly staff.

Speaking with Darius was like talking with a friend, he was also polite and courteous with the other guests as well, askingee to wait while he checked them in to. He showed all of us up to where our units were at the same time and it was a comfortable experience. The price was also the most reasonable of any climate control units in the area. I was a little hesitant because of rumors I've heard about the area, but everything is indoors, lots of cameras with very secure locks.
Jacki SawyerHighly recommend! I rented a 5x5 for University storage over summer break. This Holyoke brick building used to be a paper mill now serves as a multi level mini storage. Brand new elevator with super easy access to the parking area to access all floor very conveniently. Cathy was extremely accommodating along with her coworker. We will definitely rent there again next summer.
