North Andover Self Storage is an excellent facility. It is exceptionally clean and convenient, with immaculate bathrooms. The elevators, lighting, parking areas are fantastic. There are always plenty of cargo carts available. The manager Michael is extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. They go out of their way to make your rental and experience a positive one. Michael and Lane keep the facility immaculate. We’ve had a great experience and would recommend their facility to anyone.

We were there on a Saturday and the gentleman that was working that day (his name was Lane) was so helpful and so nice. He gave us so much helpful information, took us to our unit, showed us the two ways to get into the building and the best way to get to the unit. We left feeling really good about the move in experience and what we can expect. He made it clear that the rate was a promotional rate and would increase in the coming months, which we expected but it was nice that he clarified that to us. He made sure we understood about the insurance requirements as well. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and hopefully the rent won't increase to the point where we'll have to move out. Update: Today, Sunday, we went over there to put some things in the storage unit. The gate code we were given didn't even work so we could not get in to access my unit. We tried it 6 different times, making sure we was putting in the correct numbers and pushing * first, then the gate number then # and after 6 different times of getting the same message that the gate code we were putting in was not "recognized" we gave up and went home. Very unhappy to say the least and certainly not a good experience for a first time brand new tenant. Since the office is closed today and there was no emergency number on the door, we had no choice but to go home and go back tomorrow when someone is in the office and the issue can be fixed. Update: Monday morning I received a call from a very nice man from North Andover Self Storage explaining that there was a clinch in the system with the gate code and that as of this morning it is working fine. Apparently there have been some customers who signed up online (which I did) and who were given gate codes but for whatever reason the system didn't recognize the codes when you tried to enter the gate. Our mistake was not making sure the gate code worked during their office hours because with someone there in the office the issue could have been resolved right then and there. Instead, we came on a Sunday when no one was working in the office so we had to turn around and go home. We're perfectly satisfied with the level of customer care and service we have been given throughout this process and hopefully there will be no more gate code issues.
