I’ve had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Norwood thanks to Tim Kelly. Tim is always courteous, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to clearly explain how everything works, so there were never any surprises. He also clearly takes pride in keeping the facility clean and well maintained. His approachable, friendly attitude really makes a difference, and it’s reassuring to work with someone who genuinely cares about both the facility and the customers.
