I have nothing but good experience with Peabody facility in MA. Vivian(site manager) and Steve Kane (district manager) went out of their way to help me to work out an issue I had with the storage lock. They were very supportive, cut through the red tape and provided excellent customer support. I am a very happy customer

Excellent customer service Ashley was just outstanding and she was able to accommodate all of my storage needs making the whole process as smooth as possible with the right flexibility for the dates that I needed definitely ask for her when you make a reservation for the Danvers location on Rt 1
Everything, so far, only 2 days into this, has been good but I am getting a lot of messages. I have gotten 2 more surveys since I started to rent a unit & got one that day. I understand how important they are to a company but it is also annoying to a customer to receive more than one. This is the last communication I will have other than paying my rent.
This a great company. Every time I need quick storage space and a reasonable lease agreement I come to them. Thanks again!
