Tanya ChavezKat from the Salisbury location was extremely helpful after I hadn’t been to my unit for years and needed assistance with finding my unit and my code. She helped me to download the App and guided me to where my unit was. Also, over all, the units seem clean and easy to get to. My only critique is that the prices have gone up significantly since I first started leasing the unit. I am considering trying to downsize to a smaller unit if the prices continue to go up.
